Be Anxious for Nothing

The more anxious you are, the more things you attract in your life to be anxious about.

If it’s not happening right now don’t live in it. You can’t go back and change the past, and truthfully you can’t predict the future. so many of us (including me) need reminders to just take things one day at a time.

Change your expectation...even the critical ones you’ve imposed on yourself, to appreciation. Practice living in the moment. Be thankful for the breath you’re taking right now; having faith that the air you need AND the God who supplies it; is already present in your tomorrow.
