Ok Ladies, now let's get in formation! As Beyonce said, always stay gracious best revenge is your paper. Seriously, in 2024 it's time to double down and double up on our work. The work we're committed to doing on ourselves, in our careers, to achieve our dreams, maintain better physical and mental health, relationships, and of course what work has to happen to make more MONEY!!! If you missed the memo in 2023, there continues to be a concerted effort to silence women, limit our opportunities, decrease our momentum, and convince us why our ambitions and dreams won't work! Despite that, I read about and hear glass shattering daily, as powHERful women ignore the memo and disrupt the system by doing and becoming what they say we can't! Once again it's time to come together and have some candid, unfiltered, judgement free conversation about how we lift one another as we climb!
